First off I am agoraphobic and totally housebound, so running to the er isn't really an option for me.

I'm 34, never smoked, don't drink, don't use caffeine. I'm not overweight.

The past month or so I've been having what I think are pvc's. They are scary, but I try not to let them upset me much. Usually only a few and last only a few minutes to about an hour then I'm okay for a few days. But the last 2 days have been non stop, 2-3 a minute. I read about magnesium so I took some about 15 minutes ago to see if that helps at all. My diet sucks and I know I don't get enough magnesium, so hopefully that will help calm it down. I took 125mg, but not sure how much I should be taking. If I don't start to feel better in the next 15 minutes or so I will take another 125.

And with my panic disorder already, these last couple days have had me in a non stop panic mode too. So I'm sure it's making things worse. Any help, or advice, or anything?

Just an update, I did start to feel some relief from the magnesium, but still having the pvc's, just not as bad. So took another 125mg about 5 minutes ago. I'll keep you updated on if it helps.

Well the pvc's stopped about a couple hours later. I took another 250mg last night and haven't had a pvc since. Well until a couple minutes ago, but it was only 1 every few minutes. Much better then the 3-4 a minute I was having yesterday. So it seems like the magnesium is helping a lot. But I know it takes some time to really get into my system, so hopefully in a few days I'll know for sure if it's helping or if I'm just in an off time for the moment.

But I got a good nights sleep last night and woke up feeling good. :)
