Hi, this is my first post. I am interested in learning about herbal medicine and wondered if anyone out there had any guidance towards herbal meds for a healthier heart. I've heard green tea and resveratrol may help. I am looking forward to any responses!! Thanks!

Hi Kattie, Welcome to Healing Well we are most happy to have you join us here.  I hope you find what you are looking for here.  I have tried Green Tea the Organic kind and it is really good tasting and also very good for your heart.  Another bonus for the Green tea is that it helps with metabolism.
As for the Herbal medication I cant be much help there as I know zilch about it....sorry shakehead

But do keep posting please, I hope you find healing well a good place for knowledge and support.  Have a wonderful day turn

I've had great results from taking a high quality multi-vitamin, grape seed extract, a high potency Fish Oil supplement (at least 1.4 gram combined EPA/DHA, and coenzyme q10. Technically, these aren't all herbal in nature, but I believe they're highly beneficial. In regards to herbal, I've heard good things about garlic and hawthorne. Hope this helps.

I have a book called Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine. In there is says for a person to eat 4 ribs of celery a day. My mother tried this with very good results.
