G'day everyone I have a few concerns and my doc seems to be getting a little concerned as well but is not letting me knowthe outcome yet.
I get pain in my chest like severe intergestion it radiates through my left shoulder and into my neck then seems to cover my upper torso, when I try to sleep it keeps me aroused so I can't sleep and I get that unwell feeling and sometimes want to throw up but can't, apart from these times I get shortness of breath with any sort of exercise and even when I get exited I also get the same feelings. my doc has sent me for a altra sound on my heart but nothing else yet because he goes away alot and living in a country area it is too far to travel to another doctor.
Do you think this sounds serious enough to take a holiday just to see another doctor?
has this happened to anyone else and do I need to be concerned?

Hello,

I had a episode of chest pains radiating down my arm. It ended up being some stomach issues. The stomach uses alot of the same nerve centers, so I am told. When my stomach would act up it would feel like I was having angina then I would start freaking out causing more stomach issues. My diabetic doctor told me to try prilosec otc. It has seemed to do the job. If it happens again try taking some antacids and see if that helps.I hope that is all it is, but of course if it gets worse then you should see a doctor. Takecare
