I am new on here.  My husband is 39 years old and suffered a massive heart attack 2 weeks ago.  His right artery was completely closed.  He had 2 stents put in it.  I have so many questions I guess the biggest one is does anyone know if he could suffer another one???  He is changing his life style, he's a southern boy and likes the fried food (not anymore) he stopped smoking...  I also would like to  know about what kind of damage he could have with this???  I know these questions on ones to ask the cardiologist but his appt is 2 weeks away.  He gets very short of breath when walking and almost can not take a full deep breath.... I am so confused and scared that something is not right... Any answers would be greatly appreciated....

Thanks

Thank you for replying. He doesn't seem to be feeling well. He is still having pain but the doctor says it's because of the CPR. He coded 10 minutes after getting to the hospital. He was down for 4 minutes. They had to shock him 8 times. He had internal bleeding and bruising on the liver. He is now stating his kidneys hurt. He doesn't sleep well and is very irritable. His apointment is May 6th. Again thanks for the comment I really do appreciate it.
