I am 38yoa and less than 140 lbs 5'2.  My blood pressure and pulse rate have been really high.  I have had the monitor for 24 hours and currently on the 30 day.. will have echo and stress test at the end of the month.  Have battled fybro and other health issues for last 6 years and Monday I was positively diagnosed with Lyme Disease.
My cardiologist has me on BP med and I take my own pressure on regular basis.  My pulse is always over 100.  During the 24 hour monitor it was 153bpm at 4am while i was sleeping.  I dont know everything but I believe the sys and dia numbers should be about 40 numbers apart.  This morning it was 96/75 101bpm... and now it is 95/72 105 bpm.  These readings are completely different than what I am used to for the last 4 months.  Does any one have some insight on whether I should be concerned?

Make sure that before you take your blood pressure that you have not been doing any activities. Sit relaxed for 5 to 10 minute to get an accurate reading.
