low blood pressure

just wondering i have a friend he is diabetic and he is taking cozar and his doc
said to cut them in half that was about 2wks ago he was bk today and now he wants him to come off them
would this be normal to come off them if the blood pressure is low.is it harmful for him he also takes insulin too
just wondering has anyone come across it thanks again
im a 40 yr old woman who has CD since 1993..
current medication is pentassa and purinethol.

What did the Doctor say? Did he/she give your friend a reason for taking away the medication.



In people with diabetic nephropathy a common side effect may include low blood pressure.

hi stkitt well what his doc said to come off the blood pressure tab but the blood pressure is still low
i suppose it will take time thanks again stkitt
