I recently had an echocardiogram done and my ejection fraction had increased by 10%.  I have and ICD pacemaker and replacement aortic valve done approximately a year and half ago and was just wondering if anyone else has these two condition have seen an increase in their ejection fraction and what they have done to increase this value.

Hello and congratulations to you -an increase in your ejection fraction is a good thing.  I would attribute your increase to your ICD/ pacemaker and repair of you aortic valve.  Your pacemaker is doing it's job well.
A  low ejection fraction may be due to a heart valve problem that can be corrected with surgery. Many patients will have improvement of their heart failure to normal or near normal heart function on medications alone, while others may require a pacemaker or surgery.
I am thrilled to hear you are doing better. Remember I am not a physician so do ask your Dr. this same question.
