I had a CT calcium scan. The results were:

TOTAL CORONARY CALCIUM SCORE = 365,

with the worst being the Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery = 231.

I am 64 yo with no history of heart problems (however, a long family history).  I eat a heart healthy diet and exercise (walk).  I am 6 feet tall and weigh 180 pounds.

Total cholesterol 177, LDL 119, VLDL 21, HDL 38, TRI 107.

My questions are:

1.)  What should I do now that I know my Calcium score is elevated?  Is this something I should just watch, or should I take a more aggresive approach?

2.) If I should be more aggressive, does any know of a doctor (cariologist?) in the Denver Colorado area who they would recommend?  Someone who could help me to decide what to do now that I know my Calcium score is elevated.
