Good Morning!! tongue
I was just reflecting this morning on how in such a short time, we've begun to grow already here on the Cardiovascular Board and with all your input and help this is what makes a great board even better!
So I wanted to thank each of you for your help and I hope with time that new friendships will be started and more support will mean that we've helped someone else each day get a better start with their life!!
With Love, Care and Concern, Teri

Hi Teri, today I'll be graduating from cardiac rehab. Yahoo! Still don't have my exercise room in working order so will have to get on that ASAP since it is too cold and dangerous to walk outside. I fell on the ice last week and tore my hand open. It took 15 minutes to get it to stop bleeding. Oh how I wish I could move to a warmer climate. I couldn't get my boots on because that foot is still sore and tennishoes aren't too good on the ice. Hope I won't need boots soon. Talk to you later. Barb

Congratulations upon gradating from cardiac rehab! I remember when I did and got to start exercising on my own. I was a little worried because I would not be on a heart monitor, but I got over that, and am so glad I went through rehab. I hope it changes your life for the better! Hugs, Kathy
Happy grandmother of Amanda, Alayna, Wyatt and Ezekeal. Had my first heart attack, and hopefully the last ever, the first of January. I want to stay around for a long time in case these 2 sons of mine decide to reproduce one day. Had a CYPHER stent January 5, 2004. Diagnosed with CAD and CHF. Currently doing cardiac rehab and feeling stronger every day.

I hope you're doing okay?  That hand sounds painful!
We'll just have to wrap you up in a snow mobile suit and add padding to your mittens yeah if you are going to do any more out door walking on ice!  I'm with Patoolla, I don't think I could handle too much of that cold anymore.
Congratulations on graduating from your rehab class~that's wonderful news!!
I was never able to take rehab as my insurance wouldn't pay for it, nor did any my cardio team recommended it for me!  However, I'm a mover and it's hard to keep me sitting too still...even at the computer I'm popping up and down doing something else! tongue And they tell me now, they didn't think I need it cuz they felt I was motivated enough lol...I still think it would have been fun!
Hi to Pat and Kathlyn, I'm glad to see ya'll up and posting today! tongue
And to all~have a great evening!
