I hope you're doing okay? That hand sounds painful!
We'll just have to wrap you up in a snow mobile suit and add padding to your mittens 
if you are going to do any more out door walking on ice! I'm with Patoolla, I don't think I could handle too much of that cold anymore.
Congratulations on graduating from your rehab class~that's wonderful news!!
I was never able to take rehab as my insurance wouldn't pay for it, nor did any my cardio team recommended it for me! However, I'm a mover and it's hard to keep me sitting too still...even at the computer I'm popping up and down doing something else! 
And they tell me now, they didn't think I need it cuz they felt I was motivated enough lol...I still think it would have been fun!
