Have high bp, on Lisinprol, relatively controlled. Typical reading at night is 129/85. During the day it is much better. Typical is 117/79. Heart rate resting usually round 68 - 78.

Today I had a bought of diarrhea. Took two Immodiums. It's either a bug or my Crohn's. I think a bug, as I had no other symptoms. Anyway, I decided to take my bp after dinner, and my heat rate was 95. Thinking that I just ate, I tried again, got nineties again. Two hours later, it really hasn't come back to "normal". Is this a concern/emergency? Thanks.

More likely than not, it's because you're slightly dehydrated and because your electrolytes might be off a little. When your dehydrated your pulse increases in response to having less fluid volume in your body. Also keep in mind that it's all relative. As long as you have no other symptoms, you should be ok.

Follow up: Went to doc. Had several tests (blood work, EKG, stress test) all negative.
