I have pretty much had this feeling all of my life. I have taken myself to hospital on a couple of occasions thinking I was having a heart attack but everytime they say it's just an anxiety attack.. But my real question now is for the past couple of months I have had and what I think they are is really bad heart palpitations where I can always feel my heart it feels like it stops and starts and always skipping beats.. This is not something that happens every so often this is something my heart does every single day all day.. I get pains in my chest , sometimes I feel light headed an I get sweats really bad.. I went to the doctors last week and they took some blood And I had a heart monitor on for like 1 min.. I called the doctors today and they said everything came back normal.. I just don't think it's normal to have skipped heart beats, chest pains, feeling dizzy and feeling tired every single day... Is this part of anxiety or can someone tell me does anyone else suffer from this every single day... Or what other tests should I have.. I just feel that my doc just didn't even really bother as he just thought it was anxiety I really feel it's something else can anyone please help

Hello,

Skipped heart beats can be a part of anxiety and many people have concerns.

Heart palpitations can be caused by stress, anxiety, and caffeine to name a few.

If you still have concerns you might consider seeing a Cardiologist for follow up testing.

Kindly,

Kitt

I agree, anxiety can do all of that. But if you can, see a cardiologist and get their opinion or a second opinion. Good luck.
