This has been going on for a little while, but I never seem to realize it was irregular heartbeat after exercise. I always thought it was something in the stomach that is causing the issue. I just had an upper endoscopy today and the doctor said it was not that bad with minor gastritis and gave me some strong anti-acid medicine. Back to the heart problem. I had many tests and examinations done and everything turns out fine, but I finally come to the conclusion, every time after exercise, I felt my stomach is or somewhere in the middle of my chest felt like flip-flopping which lead me to think it could had been my stomach, but recently it is getting worst, it follows by being very nauseated and choking and vomiting sensation. Felt weak and sweating. The harder I exercise, the worst it get and it last longer. Which also lead explains the question I had before that was never answer by any doctors or anyone. I felt sick after sex. Because of the extensive exercise doing sex, it cause irregular heart beat. it usually goes away after 30 minutes of resting, but I'm scare.
has anyone ever had any issues like this? I had all kinds of ekg, tests done, never had a 24hour holter monitor done, maybe I should check with my doctors to get one. Thanks
