Hi, 55yr old male
It would appear I've had High Blood Pressure for a long time without knowing it and now I've got all kinds of prbs.
I've been diagnosed with LVH, COPD, Stage 2 Hypertension, and Basilar Stenosis.
Symptoms are constant lightheadness, shortness of breath with excision, chest pains, memory loss, movement impaired, numbness/pressure in back of head, walking speed down to a crawl and have a hard time thinking straight.
I've just recently been diagnosed with LVH and think its most of my problem, compounded by the stenosis. I cant seem to do anything anymore. just a trip to the store is a major under taking. I get episodes of near faint and the last 2 times I lost balance and ended up on the floor. Was hospitalized for irregular heart beats and they found I was having coronary artery spasms as well.
I'm gaining weight, dont know if thats because I cant do anything any more or the onset of heart failure. I'm on 12 different medications and see 6 different doctors atm. My Neurologist said I have the lowest vitamin D deficiency he has ever seen, scored a 4.
I've been reading that LVH can be reversed by lowering BP does anyone know how long it would take or if this is accurate?
