Patients With Heart Disease Can Lower Cardiovascular Risk Factors With Exercise, Stress Management"

"April 6, 2005 — Aerobic exercise and stress management training can reduce levels of depression and emotional distress, as well as improve markers of cardiovascular risk in patients with heart disease, according to a study in the April 6 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association."

sure was makes me feel guilty for not using treadmill for 3 days. I usllay use it twic a day 15 monutes each time. BUt yes any type of exercise. even my cardiac Doctor told me gardening is good as going to the gym with the tools you use and the bending and reaching over etc.. I do a small garden adn tend to my rose garden too.

My veggie garden nothing but weeds  I still have a rose bush gowing and floweringnice ned to trim the grass around them tomorrow I  donto get out in the heat inbetween 10 am and 4 pm the hottest part of the day but I get uot in the afternnon I get cardiovascular woirkout to many bugs and the bad biting kind too.
