Stop checking your BP all day long as you are obsessing about it. Look for ways to deal with your anxiety. I know you must be very unconfortable with your anxiety running this high so try some deep breathing exercises and let go of the worries about your BP.
Look into therapy to help you learn to deal with your anxiety and OCD problems.
