You have quite a bit of medical history as well as your nutrition is not ideal. I would strongly encourage you to follow up with your Dr. re how you have been feeling and be sure to explain your episode when biking. Great job on the exercise but it is perhaps a good time to look at the big picture as far as your health is concerned.
IMHO, making an appointment with a dietician would be of benefit to you in light of the fact that you have elevated blood sugars. Please do take care of you. We are always here to support you.
