Has anybody ever tried the ester e vitamins?  It is suppose to be a supervitamin E.  There was a study done in Austrialia.  It is suppose to help reduce ldl cholesterol.  I read about the study on another board.

I take a vit. e that is incorporated with my fish oil made by Triomega.

Is nautral vit. e the same as ester e?  Any comments would be appreciated.

Hi jtu! tongue

A D E K,  Four vitamins that are stored in your body naturally.  Unless you are lacking in those vitamins due to dietary deficiencies, you can actually take too much and cause some serious consequences.

Here is a site at Mayo Clinic that states "that in a 2004 study, mega doses of Vitamin E may do more harm than good."

This is another wonderful site, that is updated frequently and was last updated in March, I believe.  It has lots of info on Vit. E!

Another source tells us that it could be dangerous to take too much Vitamin E.

The only info that I could find on Ester E was all from promotional sites so I could not list them here.  And from what I could tell Ester E is made from Vit. E and something else is done to it??

I hope these sites give you the info that you are looking for and are helpful to you! yeah

Hugs, Teri tongue
