Normal CRP values vary from lab to lab. Generally, there is no CRP detectable in the blood.
Your doctor may also use a highly sensitive test called hs-CRP to help determine your risk of heart disease. I did not see any Lipid panel results unless I missed it.
You posted that you were prescribed mthylprednisoline but did not say for what reason. ? AS were are not medical professionals I cannot guess what is causing your elevated CRP and suggest that you take a deep breath and reschedule the recheck of your CRP.
