Hiya all

I have had these palps for 3 years now...woke up one morning with them and they didn't go away for 6wks none stop 24/7 i stressed out really bad...i had holter monitor on and it happened to catch a episode of VT ..i had all the teats done, Angiogram, heart scans, blood tests, and i have got nothing wrong with my heart structurally...or any disease...its the electrical s that are firing up wrong...i am on tabs now...my doc said all the palps i have had since are Eptopic...i know its easy to say but try not to give much attention to the palps they will ease..this is how i did it! my doc says i will prob need a pacemaker in the near future.

Welcome to HealingWell.  Thank you for sharing with the all  what has worked for you to get past the fear of heart palps.  I know it is always frightening for people and hard to just live with but it sure sounds like you are doing a tremendous job.  I admire you !

Kindly,

Kitt
