Everyone has an irregular heartbeat. Something
triggers our awareness. Perhaps our personality is extra sensitive. Stress is
most often mentioned as the trigger. Chronic
stress may increase our sensitivity to an irregular heartbeat. Whatever the
cause if you've been checked out medically and your Dr. has told you that you
are OK then the problem is probably not
physical. It does not mean you've got an emotional problem, it just may mean
that you need to talk with someone, consider what they tell you
as seriously as you can, and be patient.
We have a great Anxiety and Panic Forum and often have members with the sx similiar to yours. Do feel comfortable in joining that forum also.
