I was Diagnosed with symptomatic PVC's and syncope with an unknown cause. I underwent a Catheter ablation at the beginning of April after no relief from beta-blockers and cutting out caffine and alcohol and the symtoms got much wosrse after a year. They were able to find one focal point there were 2 others but they were far and few between in sending PVC's or PAC's. They ablated the main place and left the other two alone. They also put in a loop recorder to find the origin of the syncope. I was good for about two weeks and then the PVC's came back in full force. I went to go see my cardiologist and they looked at my loop recorder and saw that my PVC's were worse than before and I was spending more time in Bigeminy and trigeminy. At my last look at my PVC count i was at a 30% burden. I was put on Flecanide twice a day with little relief just a ton of nausea and vomiting and feeling pretty crapty.

I got back to my EP doc on monday and he wants to do another catheter ablation. Another one through my legs wich will be quick since they already mapped my heart and saved it. They also want to go in and get the outside of my heart. They said they would do that through my chest wall.. I was wondering if any one had a procedure like this.. I have not been able to find anything... Thank you...
