Low blood pressure and heart disease

I have low blood pressure (100/70 is good), low cholesterol, and have a family history of heart disease. My brother has had a heart attack but also has low blood pressure.
Has anyone heard of this before?

Hello and welcome to HealingWell.   A heart attack is an acute myocardial infarction, so occlusion that develops to block blood flow to and from the heart can develop regardless of one's blood pressure.  Yes, I have seen patients with normal BPs have a heart attack.
