hi! i was diagnosed as hypertensive at the age of 25.. since then i regularly have a RIGHT ARM PAIN which i dont know if it is connected being hypertensive.. before i refused to take hypertensive meds because that time i am still young.. instead i begin a healthy life style.. diet and exercise and no vices....
but as years go by , diet is not effective as well as exercise, my bp constantly at 130/90 sometimes it went high as 150/100.. So i came back to my doctor and take meds... now my bp fluctuates from 110/70 to 120/80.. but i am confused because before, when having a hypertensive attack i always have right arm pain starts from the right under arm down to the the little finger but now my bp is stable still i have occational attacks..

Also those right arm pain comes when i am very anxious or i am tired.. sometimes when having a strenouse physical activity... i already told it to my doctor but he refused to give any idea and told me that it is a simple muscle strain.. i did several exams test like stress test, 2D Echo, chest xray, 24hr holter monitoring and blood works which came back to normal.. my abnormal result was uric acid and cholesterol which is slightly elevated... but after taking meds for cholesterol it came back normal but still i have this right arm pain come and go. Sometimes i feel this pain while having dizzy after a heavy heavy heavy work out... please help

Looks like your Dr. has check out your heart and does not feel that your right arm pain is related to heart or cardiovascular disease.  Your BP is great now that you are on medications and good for you for getting your
cholesterol back in the normal range.
I cannot say what is causing your arm pain however an injury, muscle pull,  or a pinched nerve in the upper arm region are some of the common causes of pain. Also anxiety and strenous physical activity may be your culprit which you posted you have both of these possible causes in your life.
Take care and I hope you find the reason for your arm pain.
