I've had this before, years ago.

The past couple of days I will get a quick pain in my chest...it is like a flash and only lasts half a second.
I have been doing a LOT of heavy lifting, carrying and such, including stairs. (Moving)
I wonder (worry) if my Heart is giving out on me or if there is a muscle or such in the area that I could be over using. I also have extreme anxiety issues.

Thanks

Hi Grannymae,

I posted to you on the depression forum. Small world, eh??? Anxiety can feel like a heart attack. But I don't know much about the matters of the heart as I am just filling in for Kitt and greeting people on this forum. I hope that some of these fine members post to you with their experiences and help you. I am sorry you are suffering with this. The fear alone is enough. Take care, keep posting...

Hugs, Karen...

Thanks Karen!
I'm 'sure' it's to do with the exhausting activity of late along with anxiety issues. You know, just enough to make you worry, but not enough to send you to the doctor/ER!!

I'm sure you will see me on the Depression forum often...I am new here and wish I would have found this sooner!
