I've been dealing with pvc's for twenty years. Have had all the test's with "normal" results... A few things have helped me tremendously, the one thing that has helped I've never seen posted! You mentioned that after eating the symptoms seem to be worse. One of the BIGGEST culprits is MSG!!! Unfortunately for Americans, MSG is in just about every processed food & used in EVERY restaurant! Dont buy the bill of goods being peddled to us that the food is "MSG Free". For those of you that are not aware, the FDA has allowed food manufactors to rename MSG (over 30 tricky names) if the MSG content is less than 98% they can freely add it. Sometimes you'll read a label with 3 to 4 different names!!(Google other names for msg) Sorry for the msg rant! Anyways, once I began to eliminate or at least limit my intake, my symptoms subsided substantially. Stay hydrated, drink half your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 100 lbs, drink 50 oz everyday and lastly Potassium & Magnesium levels should be monitored and supplemented if necessary.
