Hi guys . 47 yr male here . i had a blockage in 2011 . opened and a stent inserted. so its been a little over a year now since my heart attack , 99% blockage . i have resently been experiencing tightness or a dull feeling in my chest at heart area (pretty much how i felt before my first heart attack). i have been taking meds for high blood pressure and cholest meds. ( 10 mg Benazapril for high bp , lovistatin for cholest , and effient for blood thinning and a small aspirin daily) -

so just wanted to tell everyone the effects of an apple i ate yesterday. i normally dont eat them (i should be) but i bought some and ate a medium sized fuji apple yesterday , very tasty . but the amazing thing is the healing i felt from it. the tightness in chest disapated and i felt so much better even the next day. amazing just from that one apple.

what i learned is that apples have potassium in them that counter acts the effects of sodium and helps lower bp and probably many other healing micro nutrients that heal you . but i was truely amazed at the healing of this one little apple and how good i felt. so now i will be looking into supplimenting my diet with potassium (and many apples :) and lowing my sodium intake and seeing if it is helping to control my high blood pressure. guys i just want to share this info and how important it is to change our eating habits to a more healthier natural way , too much sodium is not good for blood pressure . this i know. will repost soon with results info

Apples are amazing ! thank you God for providing them :) , and thanks to Dr. Joel Furhman for the knowledge of healthy eating and healing that can reverse heart disease. i am a believer.
