If you're looking through this forum, odds are you have a fair amount of experience navigating your respective healthcare system. I'm an American and ours is notoriously difficult to understand (at least among developed countries). I'm wondering if anyone in this forum has any advice for people who have just had a heart attack or been diagnosed with some other cardiovascular condition as far as navigating the healthcare bureaucracy?

Are you asking about dealing with doctors or insurance companies? Or perhaps something entirely different ?
