sharp shooting pains in chest

so let me start by saying it started like 3 weeks ago.
with one sharp pain a day thats it then it got worst about a
week ago. now im getting sharp pain that will last 3 seconds.
mainly on my left side of my chest sometimes right and shooting
pain in arms and sometimes in legs but not often 3 times day max.
and im getting back pain.
so iv been to emergency room they said it was not my heart
then i went again they said it was not i went into walking hospital.
they done ecg and it come back normal what could it be please
tell me
im 15 and overweight

It could be a muscle. But start eating properly and lose some weight. Because down the road you could have problems if you are overweight.

Hello and welcome to HealingWell.  I am sorry to read of your problems but it is good to know the ER physicians did not find any acute problems with your heart.  Have you talked with your parents re these pains and what to do next ?
It may be anxiety causing the pain as when we worry we often have physical symptoms that pop up.  We do have a great anxiety forum if you want to post in that forum you will find the members know a lot about chest pain induced by anxiety.
We do not diagnosis here in the forum only share our personal experiences so look at following up with your own Dr. at your clinic.  ER's only deal with acute care emergencies and they cleared you heart; your private Dr. can check you out for other causes of chest pain.

You might want to have your Dr. to consider Esophageal Spasms or Cardio Esophageal Reflex!
