Good Morning, David and Welcome to HealingWell!!
(It was morning when I started this and then the phone rang!) lol
I would like to first offer my sincere best wishes to you and am glad that you found us here!
Secondly, what did they stent, if it wasn't a necessity? I'm assuming there was some blockage present?
Did you have a surgery prior to this event to cause clot formation?
Thirdly, exercise as I'm sure you know, is healthy for anyone, especially if you've had any problems with clotting in the past. It helps keep your heart pumping at it's best and keeps it flowing steadily with the hope that no more clots will form!
Fourth, once you've had a heart attack regardless of the cause, the idea is to keep the heart healthy and if medications do the trick, then...
Best Wishes and I hope the following help you, Dave!
