Hello Vikki and Welcome to the HealingWell Cardiovascular Forum!!
When I first read your post, I thought you may be on the wrong forum and was going to redirect you, however, what you are going through right now, I, myself have been there before and I'd like to reassure you that I care!!
I'm glad that you've had your dizziness checked out by an ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) Dr. as sometimes an inner ear infection or disease could possibly cause dizziness. But since that checked out okay?...
Next, I've been there with the anxiety and panic attacks, which, by the way, can sometimes cause dizziness. What happens is you start breathing differently and you get the "flight or fright" response which causes you to start panicking. Sometimes trying to control and slow down your breathing is very helpful. Some people are helped with medications. Are you currently receiving any help with this??
Re the PFO, the following may give you some insight with this, but keep in mind, your Dr. seemed to think it's a small hole and if that's the case this will give you some guidlines and info in which you can speak to your Dr. about in the future.
Vikki, I do not know what is causing all of your problems, but I hope this helps you out a little bit!!
Best Wishes and Hugs, Teri
PS We do have a Depression forum on Healing Well, along with an Anxiety/Panic Attack forum and Migraine Forum
here-you may take advantage of any of these forums here and see if they can offer you more help and hope!!
