Can an impending heart attack's symptoms last weeks or months? Also the arm, neck, shoulder, back and jaw pain...what kind of pain? Is there any stiffness involved? If I had an EKG a couple months ago, and it came back perfectly fine do I have anything to worry about? And lastly, what other condtions can mimic a heart attack?

Hi, sorry to respond back to you so late. Its good that your EKG came back good ,I'd start with talking to your Dr. about having a Echo Stress test done just to be safe. Also stress your concerns to your Dr, on all of the symptoms you are having.
I don't want to give you advice on the symptoms you are having, you know your body best, keep on your Doctor on how you are feeling and make sure your Doctor is the type to keep searching all avenues on what could be going on with you. If your Doc blows you off move on and find one who will really listen.
Take care .
