Cardiac problem or GallBladder

im 38 year old female i dont smoke drink once in while not alot and dont do drugs. i recently spent time in the hospital due to chest pain and all the other signs of heart atack , tingling, pain , etc, etc. they admitted me for 1 day i got dischasrged next day then got admitted a week later and they kept me for 4 days and they did every test you could think of on my 4 day stay . hida scan,ultrasound, corotid ultrasound, mri, stress test, blood draws every few hours, monitor heart bp etc. my bp was bouncing my head hurt got fever first night was doing okput me on xanex for anxiety .discharged saying i seemed to be ok but they wanna do 1 more test they wanna do a upper egd to see if it is gall bladder or whats going on.i still get tingling right arm pain chest tightness and when i take deep breath it gets tight.it dont happen alot but when it does happen it feels awful.cardio thought they saw shadow in heart scan but not sure dont think it major.just wait to do egd end of this month and go from there. i still get those pains etc dont know what to think they checked everything what could be going on.i know women are different then men in symptoms....any advise would be great thanks

I am sorry to hear of your hospital stay but it does look like your Dr. has been very thorough.  Following up with an UGI and taking a look at your Gall Bladder makes good sense in my mind as GERD and Gallbladder disease can cause many of the same symptoms as your heart.
