Does anybody use prescribed Omega-3 medications? I want to know if anybody uses them and if they work well? I have heard of two vascepa and lovaza. Anybody use these?

I am not familiar with either of these drugs but perhaps another member will be along with some info for you.

Good question.

No, I have never heard of any prescribed Omega-3 medications and I basically resort to only natural food items that are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. Dry fruits and fish oils have a generous amount of it and of late I have heard that flax seeds are a very good alternative for cod liver oil so I have been having it in my diet for the last one month or so.
