Greetings - I am at a loss as I suffer from chest pain - more like a chest burn. This may not be a heart matter. I read up on acid reflux and this as well does not seem to be the case. I visited a doctor and was given antacids and was told that it could be stomach acids pushing up.
Before this condition I could walk for hours as this was my lifestyle for many years and I excercised every other day. For the last month I have unable to do either. When I begin to walk this burning starts in my chest. Two weeks ago I thought I was having a heart attack and went for an ecg which showed normal. My blood pressure and pulse are also normal.
I can perhaps count out acid reflux as this occurs mainly when one lies down but this is not the case with me. It worsens when I am upright or exert myself even a little. I read that pine nut oil is good for reflux - I am going to try that. I find that relaxing and deep breathing and applying inner pressure with breath helps. Can anyone identify with this.Thank you
