Guidelines for Salt Intake Being Challenged?

There are some challenges being presented with the new dietary guidelines saying that salt should be reduced in our diets.  Many experts are saying that it's not true-there is no evidence showing that reducing salt in one's diet helps.  Interesting...Hugs, Teri tongue

Teri I can onlyhave 800-1,000 miligrms a day and that is low and when i go uot and eat i can tell how salty it is for it does taste  so salty when it is oout of uor diets I guess limit it if you are salt senstive and if yuo are not check with yur Doctor.
