There is some new evidence in recent studies that a soy-based meal replacement shake is not only helping people lose weight, but is also helping to reduce cholesterol!!

Yum, Heidi! You make me want to go out and get some soy milk. The actual soy milk sounds horrible to me, though. What type do you buy? I like fruit and I'm thinking it would make it taste wayyyyy better (the soy that is). Okay, this is off topic, but I bought some firm tofu to put in stir fry and it's been unopened in my frig for a month. Should I throw it out? LOL. Hey I had good intentions!!

Kathy, I have no clue re tofu! I vote to toss it! ROFL :)

I love soy milk and use it every morning on my cereal-I use the silken vanilla/organic brand.
