I have an Ascending Aorta Aneurysm that is 4.5 cm
I'm 49 will be 50 in September hi blood pressure, 5'9 265LBS
I have lost close to 15 pounds already and my BB is getting lowered by the day.
Did not find out I had this until 2 weeks ago.
Had an echo and it showed 3.9CM, EKG and Echo were great, except the Aneurysm.
I've had it since 2010 without knowing... have played golf everyday since 2010
My doctor, cardiologist and about five other cardiologist's that I have written too have all said yes to golf.
Dr, Svennson from the Cleveland clinic says noooooo.
I have no symptoms, just walked 6 miles and it doesn't even make me breath hard.
My question is anyone out here who has the same issue still playing golf? or was told that it's ok to play golf?
Dr. Svennson's office says no because of the twisting.
Thanks in Advance.

Alan
