Went to ER yesterday for extremely high blood pressure. I'm
not on any BP Meds... An EKG revealed that I had a Right Bundle
Branch Block. I was also extremely anxious, pulse was around
140. Dr gave me nothing for the BP, only a sedative. My blood pressure
dropped thru the evening to slightly below my average. Then, a
second EKG was performed. The RBBB had DISAPPEARED this time!
Conclusion... Prolonged, extreme anxiety CAUSED the RBBB.

Right bundle branch block, if this is the only cardiac abnormality you have does not cause chest pain and requires no treatment. It can be found in young otherwise healthy people and in them has no significance.
If you are concerned re the conclusion by the ER physician do follow up with your own PCP.
