I had to do a bypass on my right leg about 6 years ago do to a blood clog, I went through some hard times when i noticed that I wasn't the same man couldn't do the thing i did the before the same now, playing sports having a hard time going to the gym, i started to stop doing them and know i gained a lot of wait. well now i finally stopped feeling sorry about myself and want to do something about, has anyone done the same surgery and if so do you still have the pain just not as bad as before the surgery, have you got better by some type of exercise does the pain get better with exercise. I need some answers and don't know what to do. hope to hear from some one thanks.

Welcome to HealingWell.  I have not had this surgery but thinking perhaps meeting with your Dr. or Physical Therapy to help guide you as far as what exercises would be best for you to start up.  Maybe even some sessions with Physical Therapy to assess the level of your physical endurance would guide you in what exercise would fit your needs without causing you harm.

I do hope a member will come along that has personal experience and be able to share with you.

I wish you the very best.

Kindly,
Kitt
