Hello everyone I'm 21 not over weight, exercise mon-fri
And have been experiencing
Some chest pain
Shortness or breath and palpitations
I've had numerous studies done
Like 5 EKG's, echo, stress test, holter monitor, chest X-ray and blood work
Holter only picked up 50 pacs and 1 PVC which I was told is not alarming.

I got diagnosed with generalized anxiety instead
Are those studies enough to rule out heart disease ?

In someone age 21, YES, you've done enough, even too much.

I had similar chest pains at age 21 or 22.

I regret to this day that my student health service sent me to some outside doctor who gave me a fluoroscope. Total waste of time and needless exposure to radiation in a large dose.
None of that was ever told to me.

My eventual outcome was something similar to anxiety.
BTW, at the same time I was running and had been a excellent competitive long distance runner.
Heart disease probability was about 1 in 1000.
The outside doctor just picked up a nice fee.

Take a medication class instead of more doctors.
Or get away on a vacation.

If your Dr. feels you have had enough tests and your test outcomes were within normal range than I would believe your Dr. has done a good job.  However I am not a Dr. but I do have anxiety and I know that can cause many of the same sx as heart problems.
