So I contacted my cardiologist for further information yesterday and his response was "You have Premature Atrial Contractions, very benign, it's not a major deal what so ever".
Thing is I don't know why I have this
I've always been healthy and exercised. And now for some reson my hearts all weird at random times.( I'm 22 btw)
For example
At the gym even though I take it light .
When I take my car to the track (hobby)
Even driving on the freeway my heart will start to speed and make me freak out.
This just struck me out of nowhere.
My GP thinks its anxiety.
What do you guys think ?

And my holter only picked up 50pacs 1 PVC
Of you guys have experienced something like this please respond.
One last thing
My Cardiologist thinks its something that can correct itself with time.

It kinda does sound like anxiety to me. When you feel the weird sensations breath in with your mouth closed deep, then breath out with your mouth open, do it about 3 times. It should work for the anxious feelings. Is your blood pressure normal? If your blood pressure is high, it will make your heart work more to pump the blood, and the breathing will help to relax you and slow back down your heart rate. Good Luck and let me know how the breathing helps
