After working several years, I personally have found that being an at home Mom was wonderful (after getting used to it) tongue   but occasionally you still needed "your" time.  So watching a movie, even giving myself an at home manicure or pedicure helped!  Now my kids are grown and my youngest is entering her Senior year of high school.  So with a bit more time on my hands, I started volunteering last January at a local pet shop and found that was a wonderful way for me to not only relax, by working with the exotic birds there, but interacting and socializing with my other co workers and customers, helped to make me realize that I was not alone.

What do you do to keep yourself motivated and aiding in relieving your stresses?
