I get most of mine (probably 95%) in the morning hours. May get a few in the afternoon but rare. And almost never at evening or night.

Just another question I'm pondering in my never ending quest to find the rhyme or reason as to why/how/when I get these stupid things. cool

HT,

I have heard PVCs referred to as  capricious.  Drs. can’t often find a reason why PVCs come, why they leave, or why they come back.  In an overwhelming majority of patients, especially those with a structurally normal heart, PVCs are benign. The word benign means the extra beats do not indicate heart disease or predict sudden demise.

Wondering if your mornings are a stressful time for you as stress has been noted to initiate PVCs ?

Kindly,
Kitt

Oh yeah I know all that stuff, but it does not stop my brain's quest to figure it out :-) I'm past thinking I"m dying, I'm just sick of having them, especially when they stop me in my tracks or take my breath away. They are just uncomfortable.

And no, mornings aren't any more particularly stressful for me than anyone else. Even when I'm stressed int he afternoons I don't get any.

My pvc's start off weak in the mornings
Then get stronger and more frequent as the day progresses!
When I have my evening meal they are at the worst!!
I've kept a diary and for the last 5 months I've noted that on day 2 or 3 of my period I will have a PVC storm (bigeminy) for 2+ hours.
So maybe for me hormones are responsible!!

Your lucky you don't get them at night, I would love to go to sleep with no pvc's!!
These things are such a mystery!!
I started on Taurine supplements today,so I'm gonna see if that helps.

Meds..citalopram 10 mg....evening primrose oil...Taurine..
