I take a multivitamin and I make sure that it doesn't contain any more than 400 IU's of Vitamin E. I always have. Back in my nutritional class in 1976-77, it was what seemed to be recommended then, so I've sort of just 'stuck' with it...
In an ideal world, we would be getting all the vitamins that we need solely from our diets each day, however that isn't always possible with today's fast life style. So be careful what and how much you are taking when it comes to Vitamins and Minerals, as more isn't always better!
