i'm mostly into the heavy details of food, what we can eat, shouldn't,
must, etc. recipes, all that. they say we only can contribute 20% or so
to our hearts well-being with that, so i do everything i can toward my
20% and think everyone else on our site does too, so i don't know how
much others would be willing to discuss it?
