Well I am officially off cardizem (360mg) and have started taking nadolol 20 mg. I do believe that cardizem was causing a lot of my breathing problems at night, I have been able to sleep much more successfully. To be on the safe side my Cardiologist have set me up to have a pulmonary test, which I will have done on the 31st of this month. I pray everything will come back normal. I'm so tired of these different tests n meds I'm constantly taking. I have had multiple tests done lately and blood work done, which all seem to come back normal, The Dr. says my heart is fine. I'm starting to think it's more of a anxiety are depression thing now, seeing that my Cardiologist says my heart ablation was a success. I'm just afraid my heart will act up again. I sometimes feel as if I'm dreaming and I'm going to wake up anyway day now. Smh......I will continue to keep thou all updated on my journey.

Good Afternoon, it is hard to not worry about your heart when you have symptoms and all the tests come back normal but you worry that your Dr. may have missed something - after all this is your heart and it is a pretty important organ. :-)

It feels to me like Health Anxiety is an issue for you and please know that you are in good company as many of our members have Health Anxiety.

Health anxiety is, simply, a condition in which certain individuals (“health worriers”) worry too much about their health.  Health anxiety is a common condition that leads to considerable distress.

Here is a link to an interesting blog you might be able to identify with.

Remember to post in the anxiety forum too as the members there know this disorder well.

Kindly,
