I don't understand the numbers from my ECG

I had a pacemaker placed in Dec, 2014. Now I have been having chest pain, My doctor did an ecg and I don't understand these number
Vent rate- 63 bpm
PR interval 196 ms
QRS duration 94 ms
QT/QTc 420/429 ms
P-R-T axes 79 38 22
are these normal numbers

Welcome to HealingWell.  I am glad your pacemaker placement was successful.
 
The numbers won't mean a lot to you unless you have a medical degree - what really counts is how your Dr. interpreted your ECG.  What did he tell you about your ECG?
 
I am assuming you meant you had your pacemaker place in 2013 not 2014 ? :-)
