This may sound odd..Or maybe not..Has anyone ever heard of taking medications or perhaps the special diet of heart disease affecting ones body odor?..I`ve always worked hard most of my life and get sweaty and dirty and by the end of the day you can smell a bit but the past year or so I notice I smell not only worse but oddly..I was wondering if perhaps the medications in my system could be causing this or perhaps something new in my diet either added or missing since my heart attack confused

Sara;

Yes I have seen it and have heard of it too. I get that way if I cook with too much Garlic. Even takeing extra Vitami E that is seperate from my multi vitamin. Try to think if you have added any supplements  to your eating plans. Or Herbs.

Also have you've switched soaps, dedorants, etc even little things like fabric softener sheets  changing them too and bath soap and laundry soap can make your  skin more senstive and thus changing body orders. But I go easy on garlic now ,and only  take is in my multi vitamin I take each day no extra vitamin E.

Hi Sara! tongue

Heidi gave you some excellent answers to your question!

I think diet plays a major role in some of this, if you are eating lots of garlic?  However, there are medications and other reasons such as hormones, emotional stress combined with bacteria on your skin, etc...I added a link here for you to look at and between us all maybe we can help you find a cause?!
