Here's something that we can all share...weight issues! yeah   Whether it's too much, or too little, it seems to be a common factor in people with Heart Disease.  We all know that being overweight adds to the risk for a Heart Attack, but other things like medications and other health issues like diabetes, depression, lung disease, etc. can also affect our appetites and lead to weight concerns.  If you'd like to share something with us re weight problems please feel free to post it here!  tongue If you find something newsworthy?  Post it here!  tongue Just remember that's what we are here for - to help one another and offer ideas to help us maintain and better our health!  So Post it Here! tongue

"Fatty Diet May Thwart Brain's Fullness Signal

Rats that are fed a high-fat diet appear to lose their sensitivity to a hormone that tells the body when it's had enough to eat -- and the same could be true of humans, according to researchers."
