"As in men, a hostile temperament may worsen the outlook for women with signs and symptoms of heart disease, a new study suggests."

Teri such a good article too and oh so true  . I get hostile when I get on my soap box over certain situations like people bashing our military abuse of kids or animals.

But then my test showed I am tpe  A and very well organized a perfectionist too and then  a people pleaser when I took the tst for the Challenge program. well such a good article.

Heidi, I'm so similar - have to sometimes get our priorities in order, right?! No extra large soap boxes for a while, maybe just mediums! ROFL Hugs, Teri :)

AAAHHH Yes....the perfectionist/people pleaser...I can so relate yeah

I continue to work on not being so hard on myself and am getting better at complimenting myself on the things I do accomplish as opposed to only seeing the things I don't accomplish. :-)

God didn't expect for us to be perfect, that's why he sent His Son. Why should we be so hard on ourselves when being perfect was never something we needed to become. :-)

I'm still growing and learning smurf
